Apostille Fees For California & Other States
Below are our fees to process your documents for an apostille seal.
California vital records such as birth, marriage and death certificates. These documents should be certified copies with the signature of the county clerk. If the signature is of a medical doctor (signature includes MD), an additional fee will apply to have the document certified by the county clerk.
Notarized documents need to be authenticated with the County Clerk for the county the document was signed. If the notarized document was not signed in Los Angeles County, let us know. We can assist in having the document re-notarized in Los Angeles county.

About Hollywood Mobile Apostille Apostille Service
Hollywood Mobile Apostille provides authentication of public official signatures on documents to be used outside the United States of America. The country of destination determines whether the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.
Authentications: Apostille & Authentication or Certification
Apostilles and certifications only certify to the authenticity of the signature of the official who signed the document, the capacity in which that official acted, and when appropriate, the identity of the seal or stamp which the document bears. The apostille or certification does not validate the contents of the document.
The California Secretary of State only authenticates signatures on documents issued in the State of California signed by a notary public or the following public officials and their deputies:
Some examples of documents submitted for signature authentication are:
